Some features work over Wi-Fi without a SIM (for example, certain apps and Wi-Fi-based messaging). However, calls, SMS (if supported), and location reliability may require a cellular connection. Feature availability can vary by region and plan.
Press and hold the power button until the power menu appears, then choose Restart. If the device is unresponsive, press and hold the power button for 10–15 seconds to force a restart.
